Verification Request: Employers, educational institutions, or any other parties requiring verification can send a formal verification request to MVAYV. The request must include details such as the student's name, course name, certificate number, and any other relevant information.
Verification Confirmation: Upon receiving the verification request, our verification team will conduct a thorough investigation to verify the certificate's authenticity.
Verification Results: After completing the verification process, we will provide a written verification report confirming the authenticity of the certificate. The report will be issued to the requesting party, along with any relevant details regarding the certificate holder and the course completed.
Timeframe: The verification process may take a few business days to complete, depending on the volume of verification requests and the complexity of the case
Important Points to Note:
Certificate verification requests should be made in writing and addressed to the institute's verification office, and should be sent to the office by registered post only.
The verification process is carried out in strict confidentiality, and the results are shared only with the requesting party.
MVAYV reserves the right to decline or postpone certificate verification requests if there are legal or administrative constraints.
In case of any discrepancies or concerns during the verification process, the institute will take appropriate measures to address the issue and ensure transparency.
Certificate holders are responsible for keeping their original certificates safe and secure. Any loss or damage to the original certificate must be reported to the institute immediately.
